7-Day Return Policy — Shop with Confidence

We want you and your cat to love the Fumoi. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

How to request a return: Contact us at lancerpubli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method to your original payment method.
